Robert Half is partnering with an AM Law 100 firm that is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role requires knowledge in real estate (title and survey review), finance (loan documentation), and legal procedures involved in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting due diligence.
• Creating real estate documents such as leases, purchase contracts, easements, and deeds.
• Reviewing and comprehending title work and surveys.
• Orchestrating and compiling documents for closings.
• Lending a hand with development projects.
• Engaging professionally with clients.

Qualifications:
• Five or more years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to uphold professionalism, discretion, and poise in high-pressure situations.
• Hold a Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute is desired.
