We are currently seeking a Level 3 or 4 refrigeration apprentice OR journeyperson to join our team.
This is a construction position with set hours (no on call, and little to no overtime) - be home with your family every evening!
Responsibilities:
Install heating and air conditioning equipment and ventilation systems on commercial jobsites
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Maintain jobsites, tools, and materials
Prepare written material lists as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Registered Level 3 or higher Refrigeration and AC Mechanic apprentice with the province, or Red Seal journeyperson in the Refrigeration trade
Must have a valid MOPIA license
Possess a valid and current driver’s license
Have daily reliable transportation to and from jobsites within Winnipeg and the surrounding areas
Willing to work as part of a team or independently with little direction
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service oriented
Possess a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
