Commercial Director - Revenue Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our team at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool.
About the Role
The Commercial Director - Revenue will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability across all segments and channels.
This includes:
• Developing and implementing a commercial strategy to achieve budgeted RGI and TrevPAR targets;
• Leading the planning and execution of commercial activity, including sales, marketing and revenue management;
• Managing and developing the Reservations and Sales team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity;
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of commercial strategies;
• Providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Revenue in a 4-star hotel;
• Proven results-driven approach and ability to drive revenue growth;
• Strong knowledge of local market drivers, international luxury markets, luxury programs and consortia channels;
• Previous experience with IDEAS and Opera Cloud systems is advantageous;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
