The OpportunityI am working with a top 100 national law firm on a commercial associate role based in their London office. The Commercial team works with international and household names, as well as more London and South East centric companies on a range of commercial and data advisory matters.The team has a wealth of experience in commercial arrangements across a wide spectrum of sectors, and they are now looking to recruit an Associate Solicitor (c-5 PQE) to grow the team further.This opportunity will offer you a real range of work where you can expect to be involved with large complex agreements and manage your own caseload of varied matters. You will have a good level of autonomy and be confident in running cases with minimal supervision.Your experience is likely to havebeen gained in a City or leading regional firm where you have had good experience working on a range of commercial contracts - negotiating, advising and drafting.
