Your role as a Plumber at Terrawerx Mechanical Ltd is vital in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within our diverse projects. Located in Edmonton, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful builds and innovative retrofits.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to project specifications.
Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Support retrofitting projects by updating existing plumbing systems.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a plumber or similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy materials safely.
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Commitment to safety standards and regulations.
