• s.Dessert Decoration (Mandatory skill): Ability to decorate cakes and pastries with high attention to detai
• l.Recipe Execution (Mandatory skill): Expertise in following and executing complex pastry recipe
• s.Baking: Comprehensive knowledge of baking techniques and procedure
