Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for the function kitchen & kitchen apprentice chefs, kitchen hands and cooks in the absence of other senior chefs, administering all phases of the kitchen operation ensuring that the kitchen is according to the company’s operational and financial standards. Responsible for providing a product that exceeds our guest expectations, whilst maintaining PAP standards
• Execute the Menu Dishes as per Chefs Ordering
• Assit. The CDP/Sous Chef in Training the staff for production according to company Kitchen Standards
• Inventory, Availability of Menu and food Production Planning Daily Basis
• Understand the importance of FSSAI Standards
• Daily Preparations of Mize N Place
• Distributing the work role for designed menu of the day
Must Have
• 0-1 years experience in kitchen
• Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
• Must possess culinary creativity, Must have high Speed and Practice
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal food sanitation regulations
• Comfortable providing direction and supervision to other staff , new trainees & subordinates
• Knowledge of food productions, Food Storage Refrigerators etc.
• Must be master in Indian / Continental / Pizza & Pantry / Tandoor / Asian + Dim sum in their Respected Cuisines
Other Requirements
• 10th – 12th Pass
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with Multi Cuisine Knowledge
• Strong Knowledge of Cooking Methods in their respected Cuisine, with cooking Temperatures
• Must Have High Speed with excellent Taste factor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
