Job Summary
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Preparing the dishes and helping in prepping ingredients for a more senior chef
Measuring dish ingredients and portion s accurately
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Responsibilities and Duties Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant.
