Commis 2 :
Looking for Commis 2 for Casa Jaali. Casa Jaali is a boutique beach property located in Patnem, Goa with 10 beautifully appointed rooms and a cafe. The menu is occidental cuisine with high quality produce that is mostly sourced locally. We are also developing an Indian menu with a Mediterranean touch, where the suited candidate will play a vital role.
Job Summary:
◦ Experience in occidental/western and Indian cuisine
◦ Organised and conscious of the idea of efficiency
◦ Must be a good team player
Profile:
Gradute in any field with 2 yrs experience.
Main responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
