Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis in Bakery and Pastry at Latango, located in Delhi, India. The Commis will assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries and bakery items daily. Responsibilities include following recipes and preparation techniques, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring ingredients are correctly measured and mixed, and helping in the presentation of baked goods. The role also involves working closely with other kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills

• Hygiene and Culinary Skills

• Good Communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

• Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques is an advantage

• A certificate or diploma in culinary arts, baking, or a related field is preferred
