What you’ll do
Job Summary:
Commis for the Bakery + Patisserie Kitchen & be part of the production of Cookies & Ice cream for Oh Dough Brand. ( FORT ), Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Ensure Proper Hygiene Standards in the Work Place
- Maintain a high level of work Ethic During the Job
-Ensuring the Mis-en- place ( prep ) for the finished goods are timely done.
-Following proper Quality standards of the recipes & training Provided
-Following the production schedule & SOP's as per the training given by the head chef.
-Assist in the production & Packaging of all orders.
-Cleaning all work surfaces as per allowed responsibility
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Any prior work experience is good
-Team Player
- Freshers can apply
-Effective Communication skills
Location:
