Earthy Bliss Private Limited, parent of company of brand Earthy Bliss. We are a gourmet and Healthy food brand based in New Delhi. We manufacture a variety of gourmet dips, hummus, flavored Butter, premium dry fruits and seeds, and savory snacks that are not only tasty but takes you on a gastronomical adventure. As a food start-up brand, we uphold our values to the highest point. Our products are made with ZERO PRESERVATIVES, with 100% natural and organic ingredients sourced from various parts of India. Earthy Bliss is hiring a Chef for one of its business segments based in New Delhi.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take control of our existing SOP and improve the operational efficiency in the manufacturing department
• Good understanding of how to read, measure and prepare ingredients for a recipe.
• Assist with the preparation and planning of dips, hummus and other products according to mentioned recipe.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices to cook and pack products to maximize output on daily basis.
• Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
• Provide support to kitchen employees with various other tasks.
• Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
• Out of the box thinking and creative ideas to expand our existing verticals.
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
