WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
As a Commis Chef Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the kitchen environment. From understanding essential cooking techniques to mastering the art of food preparation, this apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to excel in the culinary industry. Throughout the program, you’ll cover:
• Learning various cooking methods and food preparation techniques
• Developing safe and efficient knife skills
• Understanding hygiene, safety, and food regulations in the kitchen
• Assisting in plating and presenting dishes with finesse
• Enhancing your teamwork and communication skills
• Supporting daily kitchen operations, including stock control and waste management

• No prior experience is necessary, but a dedication to the craft and a desire to build a long-term career is essential.
