Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef located in Hosur. The Commis Chef will assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations, and supporting the senior chefs with various tasks as needed. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Proficiency in Culinary Skills, including basic techniques and recipes
• Strong understanding and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team and other staff
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandator
