About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our team at Chin Chin. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products You must possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.
The Ideal Candidate must have:
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen
Asian cuisine experience highly regarded
Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
Good communication
Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude
Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
Focus on detail
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
