Job Description
Looking for a reliable, quick thinking, creative person with experience in Continental cuisine to work for I Think Fitness Pvt Ltd's new cafe chain Javaphile located in Bandra, Juhu and Andheri, Mumbai.
Responsibilities
You will be assisting the CDP for the following -
• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with stock rotationCleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12 months relevant experience
• Awareness of continental cooking techniques
• Awareness of food hygiene, health and safety
• Experience of kitchen equipment and knife skills
• Competent level of English spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of all sections
• Ability to produce good quality basic food
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
