Experience – Min 3 to 5 years
Budget / CTC – 18k pm.
Location – Andheri, Chakala.
KEY RESULT AREA-
Responsibilities for Commis II - Chinese & Tandoor
Accurately measuring food preparation ingredients
Preparing food ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables
Prepare mise en place. Cook food with speed and accuracy according to established Company recipes and presentation.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of all utensils and equipment in their assigned section.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas including refrigerators, working counters, and portable food equipment and has the ability to report any defect on equipment being used.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
An Associate's degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
Proven commercial kitchen experience.
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
