The Roles and Responsibilities
The individual at work manages production operations in a designated section of the retail store, approves the quality of food, and presentation of food, and looks after training and development of the section staff. Having Knowledge of continental Cuisine.

Minimum Educational qalifications: Diploma in Hotel Management
Maximum Educational Qualifications: Graduate (Hotel or Hospitality Management)
Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, preferably from a commi-1 or2
Hands of experience in making Salad, Shakes, and Continental and Indian cuisine
4 Cummis level chef knowledge-cummi-1
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
Work closely with Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of assigned kitchen stations (e.g., chopping, grilling, sautéing).
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients, tools, and equipment.
Take initiative to learn and master culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures. Seek guidance from senior chefs to enhance skills.
Support the kitchen during service hours by ensuring the timely preparation and plating of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Familiarize yourself with the quality and characteristics of different ingredients, and contribute ideas for improving and enhancing dishes.
Assist with Inventory: Assist in monitoring ingredient levels and informing senior chefs of stock requirements.
