Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Commis Sommelier for Pavyllon.
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1+47 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our newly awarded one Michelin starred restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your role
As our Commis sommelier you will assist the Sommelier team to ensure our an efficient and accurate service. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and passionate about exceptional service for our guests.
