We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/ Waitress for The Stage Champagne Bar, located within our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner.
Overview:
• An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel as a Commis Waiter/ess. Step into the limelight of The Stage, this dedicated Champagne bar offers a spectacular programme of Champagne along with life's greats delights, including a high-end afternoon tea menu, charcuterie and more.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will have a good knowledge of The Stage food and beverage menu and be able to answer questions accordingly/
• You will greet guests warmly, make menu recommendations and take orders for your assigned tables.
• You will serve food and beverages and then check for guest satisfaction.
• You will make sure that tables are cleared promptly and will re set them ready for the next guests.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You:
• Previous experience of working as a Commis Waiter/Waitress ideally within a busy quality driven bar or restaurant environment.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and works collaberativeky with others.
