About the Role
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing sales cycles, and coordinating onboarding with delivery and recruitment teams.
As a key member of our team, you will engage frequently with decision-makers, CXOs, and business stakeholders in target accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of IT Sales or Business Development experience in the IT Services and Outsourcing industry.
• 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles, with experience driving deals end-to-end.
• Proven success in building new logos and hunting for fresh leads.
