This is a senior specialist role for someone who enjoys connecting dots across claims, legal and medical stakeholders, and leaders, without needing formal authority.Youllbe trusted to challenge constructively, lift performance, and help shape smarter, more sustainable claims outcomes across the portfolio.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
Analyse CTP claims performance toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities that improve quality, cost, and sustainability outcomes.
Deliver clear, practical performance insights and reporting to support strategic and operational decision making.
Partner with leaders and teams to translate data and insight into targeted improvement initiatives across CTP.
Collaborate with legal panels, medical providers, actuaries, and internal stakeholders to influence endtoend claims outcomes.
Support continuous improvement by reviewing claims processes andidentifyingopportunities to lift efficiency and performance.
Act as a trusted specialist, usingexpertiseand relationships to guide, support, and challenge thinking across the portfolio.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience in CTP claims, ideally with endtoend exposure across different claim stages.
Capability in performance analysis, reporting, or insights within claims or insurance environments.
Confidence translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for varied audiences.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
A collaborative mindset that enjoys supporting others to succeed and perform better together.
