Profile Title: Communication Skill Trainer
Profile Type: Full Time
Profile Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Communication Skill Trainer to join our dynamic team as a backup trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing students' communication, performance, and public speaking skills through engaging and creative lessons. The trainer will work with individuals and groups, providing tailored instruction to enhance voice modulation, articulation, expression, body language, and stage presence. This role involves preparing students for competitions, exams, and performances, fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Gyansthan is a one-stop solution for Indians to upskill themselves by learning a myriad of extra-curricular activities and make themselves future-ready. Gyansthan has started various celebrity-headed academies with the likes of Salim Merchant, Subhash Ghai, Kunal Vijayakar, Shiamak Davar, Cyrus Broacha, and many more. Via these academies, we have created a one-stop solution for all co-scholastic education that caters to the skill sets required for the jobs of tomorrow. We are successfully working with more than 175 schools across India training more than 285,000 students.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized training programs aligned with specific learning objectives.
Facilitate group discussions, role-playing exercises, and other experiential learning activities.
Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them improve their communication skills.
Conduct individual and group lessons focusing on voice, speech, and performance skills.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
Apply If:
You can commit one (1) academic year to the organisation.
You are willing to travel to different parts of Mumbai.
You are comfortable with the nature of a backup role and can commit to stepping in as needed.
You have a minimum of six (6) months of teaching experience in a school, college, or university.
You have a Strong understanding of communication theory.
You have the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
You have the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Note: This is a Backup Trainer Role. The selected candidate will be required to travel across different school locations in Mumbai and step in to conduct sessions. Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to take over sessions at short notice are key to this role.
