Join the world’s leading luxury hospitality brand as a Communications Agent at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. In this guest‑facing role, you will be the welcoming voice of the hotel - providing exceptional service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across all departments.

What you will do

Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, delivering warm, professional, and timely service.

Assist guests with information, requests, and personalised support.

Accurately route calls and coordinate communication with hotel departments.

Record and deliver messages with discretion and attention to detail.

Assist with room reservations and updates as needed.

Follow emergency communication procedures with confidence and professionalism.

Maintain accurate call logs and support administrative tasks.

Provide solutions to guest concerns and ensure any issues are followed through.

Stay informed on hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and seamless guest experience.

What you bring

Previous experience in a communications, customer service, or hospitality role (luxury hotel experience preferred).

Exceptional communication skills and a polished telephone manner.

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.

Confidence using telephone systems and hotel software.

Calm, professional approach under pressure.

Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional language skills are highly regarded.
