Efforts are directed towards this ambition in the context of a changing energy retail landscape characterised by increasing customer expectations, decarbonised electrification, volatile wholesale markets and demand for innovative sustainability products.
As the Communication and Engagement Specialist within the Retail Transformation team, you will support the delivery of the Retail Transformation’s communication strategy, both internally within the program as well as across impacted stakeholder groups. You will also be responsible for telling compelling stories, crafting engaging visual and written content, and taking accountability for critical communication channels and collaborating with various internal teams, vendors and agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
