Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and conversion-driven assets that bring IshqME's product stories to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction and design for all digital and e-commerce communication channels including website, social media, campaigns, email, and marketplaces.
- Create emotionally engaging and conversion-driven visuals that showcase IshqME's product stories effectively.
- Experiment relentlessly by running creative tests across different formats, tones, and layouts to identify what resonates with the audience.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc., to ideate, automate, and scale creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and CRM teams to develop data-informed and customer-centric designs.
- Develop modular templates and design systems to support fast and dynamic campaign rollouts.
- Stay updated on fashion, design, and digital trends to ensure IshqME's creative output remains innovative and relevant.
Qualifications Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in digital communication design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle direct-to-consumer (D2C) industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, e-commerce, and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enabled creative tools.
- Strategic thinker with a keen visual instinct and a solid understanding of commercial aspects.
