Position Summary Communications Designer Permanent | Immediate (Kolkata - based)
The Communications designer lead will be responsible for all Graphics and Design strategy of Zohra’s social media platforms aligning it with the brand’s aesthetic
. • The Lead will be responsible for Advertising and Branding design strategy on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads platforms.
• The Lead will be given the responsibility of content writing for all social media platforms including Pinterest and the brand’s own website as well.
Job Responsibilities
• Spearheading social media campaigns by planning the content and executing necessary steps efficiently.
• Identifying brand messages to be conveyed in the campaigns and working in an integrated manner across all social media channels
. • Strategic placement and designing of promotional copy and photography in paid campaigns across platforms.
• Creating visuals and reels for social media channels and website.
• Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of campaigns. Oversee influencer and PR campaigns on social media platforms and coordinating with their teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Analysis of campaign results and taking necessary steps for better growth.
Position Requirements
• Years of work-ex.: Fresher/1 year work ex • Educational qual.: Graduate, Communications Design
• Certifications/ additional requirements: Knowledge of Adobe Softwares – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premier Pro
• Should have a creative and analytical mindset with excellent content writing and designing skills.
