Communications Executive
Contract Position with a Global Customer- 3 Months Probation and extendable.
End-to-end ownership of executing internal communications plan
• Strong command of English written and verbal skills.
• Experience working in a global environment and with teams.
3-4 years of relevant internal communications experience:
• End-to-end ownership of executing identified elements from the internal communications plan
• Create, prepare, and distribute organization-wide communications such as announcements, information sharing, newsletters, etc.
• Identify opportunities to support and help drive the Global Center Value Proposition from a communications perspective, typically when the leader goes to different sites.
• Have a keen interest in and understanding of the importance of keeping current on current affairs in the IT marketplace.
• Must possess a fair understanding of SharePoint, Adobe Premier, or similar other video production tools
• Collaborate with and manage within a virtual team environment.
• Plan and drive overall alignment around strategic messaging and incorporate it into the messaging of the CX organization through critical meetings and events.
• In close collaboration with the Executive Admin team, plan and execute the strategic meetings for the year and collect and create content for quarterly org-wide employee engagement events, feedback sessions, etc.
