Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and owners is crucial. You would work closely with them to understand their vision, address any questions or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintaining a positive and professional rapport is essential for client retention and satisfaction.
Problem Solving: As a Communication Manager, you would need to be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning process. This may involve troubleshooting client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions, and providing recommendations to improve client experiences.
