About the Opportunity
Seeking a Communications Consultant to collaborate closely with a teammate to use third-party software to research, analyze, and summarize social media conversations on relevant topics. Responsibilities include entering data into the system, extracting and reviewing results, assessing sentiment, and summarizing key findings. The work is time-sensitive and involves managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Entering relevant data into third-party software, such as search terms, timeframes, and selected social media platforms
Gathering and compiling data generated by the software
Reviewing and organizing results by topic, and analyzing conversation themes and sentiment
Preparing and distributing email reports that clearly summarize key findings
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Two (2+) years of experience in Communication within a federal public service.
One (1) year of experience working with social media platforms
Reliability Clearance
About the Job
Duration: 6-month contract
Salary: $30,000 to $40,000 depending on relevant experience
