Job Summary:
Joining our team as a Community and Events Coordinator at CyberFOX, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and revenue efforts. Your focus will involve assisting in the coordination, development, organization, and participation of internal, external, and virtual events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal, external, and virtual events.
• Supporting tradeshow activities and being available for travel on average one week per month.
• Assisting in the creation and editing of event-related communications, including updates to website information.
• Providing support in bookkeeping and reporting for successful event execution.
• Assisting in liaising with event organizers to ensure CyberFOX's readiness and success at events.
• Packing and shipping event materials.
Qualifications:
• Experience in event coordination, especially with trade shows, is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel for events.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal colleagues, customers, and prospects.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on continuous improvement to support customer needs.

Working Conditions:
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ET
• Professional office environment or home environment if restrictions prevent open access to an office environment.
• CyberFOX is a hybrid working environment. Currently, we work three days a week in the office. Our hybrid working environment is subject to change overtime.
