Job Role: Community Children’s Nurse Band: 6 WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30 & one Saturday per month.DURATION: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30 & one Saturday per month.RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical care delivered in child’s home SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Paediatric trained nurse with current NMC registration. Full nursing duties – administration of medication, wound dressing, care planning, nursing observations, Rio recording would be beneficial, taking bloods, urinalysis, weighing and measuring children, experience of community working and or working with children with complex needs would be beneficial.
