About Your Role
We’re looking for friendly, dependable Community Domestic Workers to deliver in-home support services such as cleaning, social support and transport. You’ll work independently in the community, helping older people remain safe, comfortable and connected in their own homes.
Perform household tasks – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry and light meal preparation
Provide companionship and social engagement
Transport clients to appointments or outings (when required)
Follow care plans and support clients’ individual goals
Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
Participate in training, meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR certificates
Full Australian driver’s licence
Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs
Desirable:
Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
