About the Role
We’re seeking friendly and reliable Community Domestic Workers to support our clients with home-based services such as cleaning, social support, and transport. You’ll work independently in the community, helping older people remain in their homes safely and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
Perform household tasks – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, meal prep
Provide companionship and social engagement
Transport clients to appointments or outings (if required)
Follow care plans and support client goals
Observe and report changes in client health or wellbeing
Participate in training, meetings, and improvement initiatives
What You Need
Essential:
Full Australian driver’s licence
Access to a registered, reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
Desirable:
First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certificates
Experience in aged care or community support
Understanding of Italian culture and/or language
