About the Position

This Leadership and Partnerships Specialist role plays a key part in the day-to-day management of the Community Partnerships Team in Inner Eastern Melbourne Area. The position focuses on leading the delivery of agreed strategic and operational work plans in collaboration with stakeholders and staff.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the development of partnerships to drive place-based outcomes for Victorians who experience structural vulnerability;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence departmental policy and ensure local needs are considered;

Develop and implement innovative approaches to address complex social issues;

Maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
