About the Role: RealtyNXT is looking for a high-energy, strategic, and creative Community Head to lead our content, social media, and digital growth. This role requires sharp leadership, strong PR communication, and a deep understanding of audience engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media, editorial, and design teams, ensuring content hygiene, responding to business & PR emails, and collaborating with external brands. You will also report directly to the founder of RealtyNXT daily, providing updates on content strategy, engagement growth, and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Leadership & Strategy
• Oversee content across RealtyNXT’s website, social media, blogs, reels, and mobile app.
• Ensure news, blogs, and videos align with real estate & PropTech trends.
• Maintain content hygiene and check quality before publishing.
• Drive SEO-optimized content that increases website traffic and discoverability.
• Experiment with new formats and trending content ideas to boost engagement.
2. Social Media & Audience Growth
• Manage and grow RealtyNXT’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and more.
• Analyze social media performance & engagement data to optimize content.
• Increase follower base, website traffic, and mobile app users through innovative strategies.
• Implement SEO & social media best practices to drive organic reach.
3. Business & PR Communication
• Respond to client emails, PR collaboration requests, and partnership inquiries professionally.
• Identify and initiate brand partnerships & business collaborations to maximize growth.
• Build relationships with PR agencies, real estate brands, and industry leaders.
• Represent RealtyNXT in business conversations and industry networking opportunities.
4. Team Leadership & Training
• Lead and mentor the social media, editorial, and design teams to execute high-quality content.
• Train interns and new team members to maintain content excellence.
• Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and creative storytelling within the team.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient content execution and distribution.
5. Daily Reporting to the Founder
• Provide daily reports on content performance, team productivity, and key business opportunities.
• Share social media analytics, follower growth, engagement insights, and SEO performance.
• Report on PR collaborations, partnership discussions, and revenue opportunities.
• Discuss new ideas to scale RealtyNXT’s digital presence and audience reach.
