Your Role: Driving Community Impact
As the Community Impact Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our community development initiatives. You will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio, ensuring that our programs and partnerships are effective and responsive to the needs of our community. By leading a dedicated team, you will translate our strategic objectives into tangible outcomes, enhancing the resilience and capacity of our local communities.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Development.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams to achieve community development outcomes.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build strategic relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience in project management, financial management, and using data for decision making.
Cultural competence and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Package: $113,000 - $124,000 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 2 years.
