Role: Community Manager, Eblity Circle Raipur
Duration: 3 months
Location: Raipur
Start Date: 1st Sep 2026
Stipend: 15,000
About Eblity:
The mission at Eblity is to empower educators and parents to help children facing challenges.
Over 50% of children in mainstream schools face academic or behavioural challenges, most of which goes unnoticed and underserved. By providing the right support at the right time, we could make a world of difference to these children.
We serve a community of over 200,000 educators and parents and over 3000 schools.
About Eblity Circles_Raipur:
Eblity Circles is an initiative aimed at improving the lives of children facing academic or behavioural challenges, including special needs, within Raipur. Our community comprises both individual volunteers and organisations committed to making a positive impact through various contributions, tailored to the needs of the district.
Initially the Circle in Raipur will focus on empowering affordable private schools to improve outcomes for children facing challenges including special needs. In the future it will expand to parent training and other areas to improve outcomes for children facing challenges.
As a Community Champion, you will be part of a small team of highly motivated individuals who are constantly working to improve outcomes for children facing various academic or behavioural challenges like foundational literacy & numeracy, learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Speech disorders etc.
Build the Raipur community
Develop and execute community growth strategies to build a highly engaged community in Raipur
Identify and engage with potential members,volunteers including school & college students, individuals, brands, and organisations.
Engage with the local community to raise awareness and drive participation with the help of the volunteers
Establish partnerships with local organisations and stakeholders.
School Engagement
Engage with over 100 schools in Raipur to sign up for the annual Eblity Training for Teachers
Encourage referrals and participation in community activities.
Qualifications:
Passion for improving the quality of education and improving the lives of children facing challenges.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in organising school, university events
Specific experience in Community Building
