Community Manager (Part-Time, Remote – Photo Booth Industry Preferred)

We’re a growing education and coaching brand that helps photo booth business owners grow their revenue and confidence through business and technical training. Our online communities are a huge part of that experience — and we’re looking for a Community Manager to keep them engaged, supported, and thriving.

What You'll Do:

Community Management (Facebook + Kajabi):

Monitor and respond to comments in our private Facebook group

Post engaging content (wins, prompts, weekly check-ins, etc.)

Manage member requests and removals

Moderate posts and enforce group rules

Keep our Kajabi community active and up to date with program info

Content & Coordination:

Write short, friendly community posts

Collaborate with our team to support launches and course milestones

Suggest new ideas to boost engagement or celebrate student wins

Reporting & Feedback:

Track weekly engagement and member activity

Report community trends or questions to help us improve the experience

Requirements:

1+ year experience managing online communities (Facebook groups, Kajabi, or similar platforms)

Excellent written communication and people skills

Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and proactive

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Bonus: Experience in the photo booth, event, or creative business space

Bonus: You’ve participated in online coaching programs or course communities
