What You Will Be Doing
• Engage with our online community across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Reply to comments, Direct Messages (DMs) and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned tone.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and user sentiment around the brand.
• Build and nurture relationships with loyal followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with the content team to amplify community feedback and user-generated content.
• Organize and execute digital activations, contests, and community-building initiatives.
What You Bring To The Table
• 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills and an authentic, people-first approach.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and online etiquette.
• Comfortable using community management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Suite).
• Proactive mindset with a knack for building meaningful digital relationships.
