Job Title: Community Manager.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM ( Minimum 8 hours a day)

(5 days work week- Monday and Saturday off; Sunday open)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Community Manager to oversee the growth and engagement of our online community and to provide support for our students. In this role, you will create written and video content, manage communication channels (WhatsApp), and address student queries. You will be responsible for ensuring our community thrives while maintaining a professional and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop and publish engaging written and video content for social media, WhatsApp, and other community channels. Create content that aligns with company goals, enhances engagement, and educates community members. Monitor trends in the industry and incorporate relevant topics into content.

Community Engagement:

Manage, monitor, and moderate community discussions across platforms (primarily WhatsApp), ensuring a positive, respectful, and supportive environment. Respond to and engage with community members to foster active participation. Organize community events, discussions, and Q&A sessions as needed to boost engagement and provide value.

Student Support:

Provide prompt and professional responses to student inquiries and issues via community channels. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or administrative concerns, escalating when necessary. Create and maintain a knowledge base or FAQ for common student queries.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of community interactions and student issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Report weekly on community engagement metrics and student satisfaction. Assist in developing strategies to grow the community and enhance member satisfaction.
