Overview
United Marketing, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Community Manager to oversee daily operations for a 91‑unit mixed‑income community consisting of Tax Credit (MFTE) and Conventional units in the Seattle area.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident service while maintaining full compliance with program requirements.
Responsibilities
Property Administration
Maintain accurate and complete property, resident, and compliance records
Ensure adherence to MFTE and other regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Leasing & Marketing
Manage marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and minimize vacancy loss
Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and process applications
Screen prospective tenants in accordance with company and program guidelines
Resident Relations & Lease Enforcement
Enforce lease terms consistently and professionally
Address resident concerns and coordinate resolutions
Issue notices as required and maintain proper documentation
Operations & Security
Oversee daily site operations, including vendor coordination and maintenance requests
Ensure the property is secure, well‑maintained, and compliant with safety standards
Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Skills
Experience managing Tax Credit/MFTE or other affordable housing programs
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and leasing practices
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently while leading onsite operations
Read, speak and understand English
Knowledge of basic computer skills that include email, words, outlook, and excel a plus
Knowledge of management software. RealPage a plus
Must be able to pass background check
Valid Drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 per hour
