The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness. They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

Community Manager:
The Ideal Candidate for Community Manager will be in charge of developing community-building tactics. A community manager should act as a liaison between a firm and its target market. To promote brand visibility and trust both online and offline by serving as the brand's voice, tone, and moderator by offering community support, content distribution, and digital interaction.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Community Manager:
Creating a community management plan and defining it
Organizing a variety of community-building projects to encourage and enhance participation in community forums
Creating and managing Instagram and Facebook social media coverage
Creating content for social media channels, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and communications materials
Key Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal & communication (written and vocal) skills and can establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders
Hold a marketing, business administration, or similar degree
Event management experience is a plus and can manage multiple duties in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Mastered the art of social media management
Well-organized & capable of balancing different objectives and deadlines
Should be an Influencer or willing to aspire many lives
