Experience Segmentation: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated & relevant experience in the field of community development & mobilization.
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct baseline survey in various communities as per given objective.
Collect relevant data and information as per the task / project objective.
Create Community Awareness, by holding community sessions and meetings to educate the community residents.
Support the implementation of various assignments / programmes at community level.
Rapport building with Community leaders, all the residents and stakeholders.
Participate in the sensitization of various issues in the community.
Coordinate training and capacity building activities in the community in coordination with the community leaders.
Prepare written reports for all the training and community outreach activities
Complete all assigned tasks and achieve desired deliverables within set deadlines.
Perform any other tasks as required by Reporting Authority or Programme Manager.
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
Hardworking, sincere, dedicated, proactive, team worker, ability to write reports, strong work ethics, work under pressure, effective time management, keen to detail, passionate about work, interpersonal skill, good listener, good communicator, well behaved.
