Position Details
12-hour shifts (nights)
One-on-one nursing care in the community
Services provided Monday–Sunday
Includes ongoing client monitoring
Extended benefits for our full-time team
Service area: Victoria and Saanich
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will:
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
Work confidently, professionally, and independently in the community
Advocate for clients requiring consistent, individualized care
Be self-driven, accountable, and adaptable
Demonstrate empathy and compassion as foundational nursing values
Respond effectively to changing conditions and emergency situations
Act as a positive ambassador for Blue Sky Home Care and our clients
Posting Requirements
Current BCCNM nursing registration in good standing
Valid BC driver’s license
Familiarity with universal precautions and Ministry of Health guidelines
Exceptional assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
