Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic, passionate approach to community care and rehabilitation. This role requires the completion of community-based multidisciplinary rehabilitation programmes such as training for independence programmes for ACC and other contracts such as the ACC ISCC contract. You will be allocated referrals based on your location and cover a geographical area that suits your needs.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the community, excellent communication and report writing skills, time management and relationship building skills. Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and NZ practicing certificate are required. The ability to work autonomously with a strong solution focus is essential.
