Location: United Boxing Club – Toronto, ON (In-Person)
About the Role:
United Boxing Club is growing — and we’re looking for someone who can help lead the front lines and wants to contribute to a growing community. This is more than a desk job. As our Community & Sales Coordinator, you’ll help deliver exceptional member experiences while driving membership growth through thoughtful conversations, relationship-building, and organized execution of our club systems and SOPs.
This requires to be a team player with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and ideal for someone who:
Understands customer service is the brand
Has real sales experience (not pushy, just persuasive)
Loves fitness, boxing culture, and building relationships
Takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
Core Responsibilities:
Greet and support clients in person, via email, and SMS (using Podium)
Schedule classes, private sessions, and manage coach availability
Process payments, cancellations, and resolve issues using Glofox
Understand and implement our SOPs for lead follow-up and onboarding
Sell memberships and training programs through authentic connection
Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming front-desk environment
Track leads, inquiries, and support marketing activations or events
Requirements:
2+ years experience in sales, front-desk, or client services
Strong verbal & written communication
Comfortable with G-Suite, CRM platforms, and POS systems
Bonus: boxing/fitness studio or boutique gym experience
Must be available evenings and weekends
Organized, proactive, and good with people under pressure
