Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Support Specialist who will be responsible for interacting with our gaming communities, users, and customers and ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience. The Community Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to our users' inquiries, resolving issues, providing timely feedback, and collaborating with our internal teams.
Qualifications
• Community Support and Tech Support-related skills.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• BCA, B-Tech, or Equivalent Degree.
• Should be a Gamer and must play video games.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in similar roles.
