About the Service
Wāhi Tautoko is a 10-bedded service located in Building 8. We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for consumers who require extended assessment or treatment following an admission to the acute inpatient service prior to discharge.

Extended assessment and treatment
Social support and education
Care coordination and planning
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with consumers who require mental health support and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health setting is preferable
A current NZ driver's license is essential
New Zealand Registration as a Social Worker with Annual Practicing certificate is essential
