THE ROLE:
Renowned for the lovely working environment they provide, this established and progressive law firm is looking to appoint an additional Company Commercial Solicitor into their busy team. Working on all types of company commercial matters, the appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of corporate and commercial work including general contracts, mergers and acquisitions, IP/IT matters and reorganisation. You will as the appointed Company Commercial Solicitor be expected to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters as well as play a supportive and key role in enhancing the profile of the team through networking and business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
The newly appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will be required to provide a high-quality service to a varied client base. This is the perfect position for a high calibre, driven Company Commercial Solicitor who is seeking a boundless career path in this beautiful region. The role will involve all aspects of company commercial matters and would suit a solicitor or legal executive who is confident, dedicated, thorough, and accustomed to working with a high quality caseload.
